Celebrations soar as Winlight relaunch brand with Clients and Candidates at The Skyline London

A new Era commences after 15 Years of operating for Winlight, entering the market with a new brand and interactive website.

An elegant event in which attendees enjoyed an array of food catered by one of the most scenic 5 Star hotels in London, Tower Suites, Blue Orchid Hotels where the rooftop event was held.

CEO Vijay Chandarana took attendees on a walk down memory lane in which he spoke about the organisations value statement “Consultants that Care”, he attributed this to his desire to create an agency that didn’t just find people work but rather helped create careers. Almost 15 years on we can still see the same candidates attending this event and he conveyed his appreciation for their support over the years. As the evening continued candidates took to the stage to endorse their consultants efforts in supporting them throughout the years.

Winlight invited special guest Joel Beya, who is the Founder of Cheeky Sport and has recently been nominated by HSBC & UKBB for “25 black entrepreneurs to watch out for in 2022”.  Beya showed his appreciation for the work done by Social Workers with young people in the community.  He is actively involved in community engagement initiatives in South London to tackle youth crime which Winlight are looking to actively be involved in and have already started discussions with a Charity in Wandsworth.  Both Beya and Winlight want to help young people fulfil their potential by using Sport as an outlet and by conducting workshops to help prepare them for life after education.

The rooftop event follows a complete rebrand and extensive website upgrade to support its external stakeholder’s interaction and fulfilment.

This year Winlight Recruitment expanded into the Medical Market and have applied the same passionate approach they have within their Social Work and Social Care Divisions to grow to be the agency of choice for HCA’s, Nurses and Doctors within the NHS.
