Sheron celebrates over a decade with Winlight Recruitment.
Sheron Started her journey in 2012 with Winlight Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant for the Qualified Social Work Division, having previously come from a Nursing Recruitment background. As only the 2ndemployee to be hired in the QSW department, Sheron worked closely with CEO, Vijay Chandarana from the offset, this coupled with Sheron’s positive attitude and determination enabled Sheron to shine throughout each year with the business and her loyal candidate base is an accolade to this.
In 2015 Sheron became Manager of the Qualified Social Work Division managing a growing team which doubled under her leadership and went on to include current Manager Armond Goci and Executive Consultant Connor Galley. Sheron is known for motivating the team around her with a smile on her face and leading by example as an ambassador of best practice within Winlight Recruitment. Sheron has been a key contributing factor to the Qualified Social Work Division becoming Winlight’s largest division. Throughout this Sheron’s relationships with her Candidates continues to grow and strengthen, a tribute to the extra mile she goes for them.
In 2019, Sheron’s journey with Winlight continued to a new area of focus and she became Candidate Services Director. The unique relationship she has with locums is a key strength and underpins the natural progression in her career. This is further supported by comments of her determination and positivity over the years from her Candidates at each years Candidate Party.

Sheron has always wanted to inspire young women and it is apparent that her journey over the last decade from Recruitment Consultant to Candidate Services Director demonstrates that anything is possible. This is largely due to her work ethic and her strong relationship with her Candidates, all whilst remaining passionate in her role.
