Jessica who joined Winlight Recruitment in 2019 with no prior recruitment experience obtains promotion to Senior Recruitment Consultant as a top performer within the organisation.
Jessica begun her journey in 2019 as a Resourcer within the Social Care and Housing division at Winlight Recruitment under the lead of Kaz Rajani, Head of Division.
Her determination and tenacity have seen her accomplish several promotions from Trainee to Recruitment Consultant. Most recently her Senior Status has been credit to her high performance in the organisation with both her Client and Candidate management.
Winlight Recruitment are growing rapidly with heavy reinvestment into its workforce, continually preferring to promote from within the organisation. This has enabled individuals like Jessica to develop in line with the growth of the division and wider group.
Jessica will assume her new responsibility in ensuring the continuity of service to her clients and contractors within the Social Care & Housing Division, whilst also supporting Kaz Rajani, Head of Division to develop individuals currently joining the department from the newly developed Talent Academy Programme.
Jessica has demonstrated the ability to become a high performer which is an encouraging prospect for individuals who wish to enter the recruitment sector. As an organisation Winlight Recruitment aim to support their Talent Academy Programme Trainees achieve and develop as Jessica has, and to continue promoting from within.
