Working with Winlight
You can create your free Winlight profile on our site at any time and start filling in your candidate profile, from there you will be able to upload a CV to use when applying for roles.
Make sure you have clear and consistent communication with your consultant and communicate the specifics of what you are looking for. You can also set up job alerts to ensure you are seeing the best roles for you.
Applying for roles
Once you have created your Winlight Account, filled in your profile and uploaded a CV you can search our jobs database and press the Apply for this role button to make an application.
Social Care & Housing
Minimum 6 months experience working within Social Care settings (Children, Young Adults, Adults & Elderly Frail).
Medical Minimum 6 months experience is required.
Qualified Social Work You will need to be Social Work England registered and have at least 1 year experience in a qualified position.

We would first need to outline what it is you are looking for and identify the role you would like to be put forward for. Once this happens, we gather the core compliance required to put you forward for roles.
