Registered Mental Health Nurse – GP Surgery – Various Locations
Job Description
Winlight Recruitment are currently working with GP surgeries in various locations who are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse for a long term locum contract.
The primary focus of the role is to work autonomously providing high-quality and timely patient-centred care. Your main roles will include:
- Assessing the patients on admission
- Administering medication as prescribed by the doctors
- Ensuring correct documentation of patient care and all other legal documentation are in order
- Liaising with doctors, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
- Developing care plans of nursing care requirements and treatments
You will need to have:
- NMC Registration
- Nursing Degree
