As a Senior Nursing Recruitment Consultant for our Nursing Division, you will be pivotal in ensuring our UK hospitals have the exceptional nursing staff they need to deliver the very best patient care. At Winlight Recruitment we are already accepted onto UK frameworks for our new Nursing Division and is forecasted to be largest percentage growth in 2024.
📌 Your responsibilities will include:
– Building relationships with nurses, hospitals, and clients.
– Identifying, sourcing, and evaluating nursing talent through multiple channels, including online job boards, social networks, and referrals.
– Cultivating and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients, tailoring solutions to meet their staffing needs.
– Engaging candidates, offering guidance, coaching, and support throughout the hiring process.
– Ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and employment laws, maintaining records of all interactions.
– Consistently exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs.
– Excelling in managing accounts within the national nursing frameworks, curating a pool of specialist nurses, and overseeing daily bookings.
– Staying ahead of industry trends and market conditions to provide clients and candidates with informed advice.

You should have:
– A minimum of 24 months’ recruitment experience in the Nursing sector.
– Passion about providing staff that you would want looking after your loved ones.
– A proven track record of meeting financial and activity targets.
– Experience in managing and onboarding new and existing business.
– Proficiency in working within frameworks and their requirements.
– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, establishing trust and rapport with clients and candidates.
– Outstanding administrative and organisational skills, with a knack for prioritising workloads.
– Superb IT skills, including familiarity with CRM, ATS, or similar tools.
