About Us:

Winlight Recruitment is a leading healthcare recruitment company expanding their Primary Care Team seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant with an expertise for placing healthcare professionals within Primary Care.

As a Recruitment Consultant for the Primary Care Division, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing talented doctors or health care professionals into General Practitioner (GP) surgeries, Walk in Centres (WIC), Urgent Care Centres (UCC) or Primary Care Networks (PCNs). You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both healthcare professionals and GP surgeries, PCN’s to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

·        Build and nurture long term relationships with GP surgeries to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

·        Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and act as a trusted advisor.

·        Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to identify suitable opportunities for placement within GP surgeries, WIC or UCC.

·        Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Candidate Engagement:

·        Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals for the Primary Care Team, specifically focusing on doctors for GP surgeries.

·        Provide guidance to candidates on career opportunities and facilitate the placement process.

·        Ensure a smooth onboarding process for healthcare professionals placed within a primary care setting.

Business Development:

·        Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the primary care sector.

·        Proactively engage with potential clients, presenting our recruitment services and value proposition.

·        Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and strengthen existing partnerships.

Candidate Placement and Management:

·        Coordinate and facilitate the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.

·        Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the interview and onboarding stages.

·        Ensure a smooth transition for candidates into their new roles.

Market Research and Industry Trends:

·        Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and changes in primary care to better advise clients and candidates.

·        Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and challenges within the primary care sector.

Performance Metrics:

·        Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets.

·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment database.

·        Regularly report on key performance indicators and contribute to team meetings.

You should have:

·        A minimum of 18 months’ experience within healthcare recruitment. Medical Primary Care or Secondary Care experience is essential.

·        A passion providing staff that you would want looking after your loved ones.

·        A proven track record of meeting financial and activity targets.

·        Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, establishing trust and rapport with clients and candidates.

·        Outstanding administrative and organisational skills, with a knack for prioritising workloads.

·        Superb IT skills, including familiarity with CRM, ATS, or similar tools.
