We are looking for a Trainee Delivery Consultant to join our team and take the first step in a rewarding recruitment career. No previous experience in recruitment? No problem! We’ll provide all the tools, training, and support you need to build a lasting career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and ensuring shifts are filled with the right candidates.
· Collaboration: Work closely with our experienced Business Development Consultants and Resourcers to source and place candidates who meet client requirements, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
· Shift Coordination: Oversee shift fulfilment, managing cancellations, last-minute changes, and ensuring schedules run smoothly without disruption.
· Reporting & Documentation: Keep track of key performance metrics, manage shift logs, and maintain accurate records of placements and client feedback.
· Administrative Support: Assist with updating job advertisements, managing candidate profiles, and preparing client reports.
· On-Call Coordination: Ensure efficient support for our 24/7 on-call service, fulfilling urgent client needs and ensuring continuity of service.
Ideal Candidate:
· 1-2 years of sales, customer service and/or recruitment experience, focusing on client/candidate/account management.
· Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build rapport quickly and manage relationships.
· Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks effectively while managing multiple deadlines.
· Goal-driven, with a desire to hit targets and contribute to team success.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
