Job Description

Winlight Recruitment are looking for Social Workers to work in various Adult Teams in London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham:

·        Safeguarding Team

·        Reviews Team

·        Hospital Discharge Team

·        First Response Team

·        Drug & Alcohol and Substance misuse Team

·        Older Peoples Team

·        No recourse to public funds (Asylum)

·        Transitions Team

·        Community Mental Health Team

·        AMHP Team

·        Learning Disability Team

·        Complex Care Team

·        Localities Team

·        Reablement Team

 

You will need:

·        Social Work Degree

·        Registered with Social Work England

·        2 years post qualified experience

 

Pay:

·        Offer Competitive Pay between £32 – £36 p/h

·        Claim Your Business Miles
