Job Description
· Holding a varied and complex caseload of Child in Need and Child Protection cases.
· Carrying out Initial Assessments in a fast paced duty/referral setting
· Care Planning and signposting
· Completing risk assessments
· Writing initial court statements
· Completing Section 47 enquiries
· Undertaking Child and Parenting Assessments
· Creating, implementing and adjusting Care Packages
· Managing, Chairing Core Group, Child in Need as well as professional Meetings
· Writing and presenting Child Protection Conference Reports
· Carrying out home visits for monitoring purposes and to safeguard Children
