Salary: £24,000 per annum
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in an administrative or office support role

Role Overview:

Winlight Recruitment is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Office Assistant to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our office by handling administrative duties, supporting daily business functions, and assisting with technology-based tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Administration: Manage office supplies, maintain records, and oversee office operations.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Organise calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel plans.
  • Communication Support: Respond to emails, answer phone calls, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Document Management: Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain business documents.
  • Technology Support: Assist staff with software tools, including Office 365 (SharePoint, PowerPoint), Eclipse (CRM/ATS), Monday.com, and softphone systems.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and organise company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • HR Assistance: Support HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive business information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Special Projects: Provide support for ad hoc projects as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Quick learner with a keen interest in technology.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a recruitment or sales environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems (e.g., Eclipse) and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
  • Previous experience in training or assisting teams with business software tools.
  • Experience with A.I. personally and/or professionally.
