Senior recruitment Consultant – Qualified Social Work

Location – City of London

Salary – £30k – £35k p/a + commission

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Qualified Social Work Division, where you will be working within a growing team and take over a hot desk.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced social work recruiter looking to further progress their career.

You will be based in our London City offices located in Aldgate Tower (opposite Aldgate East Station) with amazing amenities for all to use!

As the Senior Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities will be:

  • Managing existing client relationships
  • Building and developing a desk with new business on top of a hot desk
  • Providing comprehensive activity and financial updates
  • Planning and executing sales plan to meet budget
  • Making prospective calls to new clients to build rapport and relationships
  • Managing and updating appropriate pipeline/trackers
  • Managing and ensuring smooth running of desk timesheets for Payroll
  • Working in collaboration with the Compliance Team to ensure candidates are at the appropriate compliance Level
  • Ensuring individual KPI’s are met
  • Ensuring personal budgets are met
  • Supporting Head of Division as appropriate

You will have:

  • Minimum of 2 year’s social work recruitment experience
  • Self-Motivated and target driven individual
  • Proven track record of growing a desk
  • Proven track record of meeting financial and activity targets
